I just realized today is Sunday

Please,
  don't take this the wrong way.

There has been a bit of stress,
  and constant activity.


I seem to have missed the entire month of January,
  and my birthday was in there.

Simple choices took over,
  leaving many ignored.

Taking a breath,
  wondering when I will have to stop,
     and again,
        ask myself what day it is.
