Don't be afraid to cry

Granted,
  I write this behind closed doors.

I just don't feel like a hour long explanation.

Back to the point.

Share a feeling,
  one which is honest.


Don't try to manufacture it,
  trust me it shows.

Share your feelings,
  the ones you try to hide.

Excuse me,
  now I have to deal with the knock on the door.

what interrupts us from the honesty of feelings?
why do we try so hard when we write to write something from the mind rather than from the heart---

the blood flows, the feelings flow naturally, we need to let the words do the same.
