Another job title

Here we go again.
  How about physical therapist?

Not really a job,
  or a title.

Merely another skill.

When it was needed,
  I learned to talk,
    and managed to get a point across.

I learned how to deal with others,
  and keep emotions in check,
     well usually.

Picked up many a skill,
   never knowing when one will be required.

Time to learn another,
   because it is time.

You learn what is needed.
   At least,
     if you care.
