Each side tries to drag me in

Each side tries to drag me in

A Poem by Jon Roggie

I could ignore the statements.

Not my way.

I thrive on a vague simplicity.

If a moment of directness drives you away,
  so be it.

Learn to let the insults pass over your shoulder.

They only have the strength you give them.

sounds like very good advice. People are somewhat like a book, how many times has someone said "oh, that book was horrid never read it", but we like to form our own opinions :)

Just keep it simple, and don't let your skin be thin. At least, I try to follow that belief.
