I try to stop

I try to stop

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Never ending.

  Always another show.

Waiting.

   Another audience

    each word a fresh start,

and why do I try to stop?

i can't get away from words...they are too much a part of my life...
without them, what am i?
so another audience shows up to watch me struggle to fill the page.

Good question, is that a question you want people to answer or yourself knowing that you will find an answer at some point? ...you try to stop at times so that you will be able to do others things besides words, (or a fresh start with them,) for there is much more to life than those. I'm sorry, but I feel very prudish and strict at the moment. I am happy to find that there are no spelling mistakes in this document. I have not noticed such in your writings previously, but it strikes me as the thing to say.

The strength I find in this poem is the fine prompt of positive light which says that beginning this show of words or word whatever it is be it play or stop or tart is ok and something not to shy away from
