A Poem by Jon Roggie

I hope he would approve,
  Brassai.

Something about his photos,
   each grabs you.

Mine is the standard photo,
a car in the mist heavy nights.

Headlights,
    and streetlights,
       beams of light reflecting.

Friends,
  and family see it.

They stop for a moment.

Each explanation,
a reminder of what he was able to create.
