Something about music

I wish a song could heal me,
  rather than inspire me.

No need for pills,
  or other prescriptions.

Just music playing,
   healing not only the soul,
     but the body.


I have too much to do,
  my tasks are not done.

I listen to a song,
  and it helps.

So,
  I listen to another song....

I have always lived by that credo...music, lyrics always assuage the pain...especially when I listened to simon and Garfunkel....but listening to others sing about pain, makes us aware we are not alone.
