Just a story

A story of life,
  and of course a bit of loss.

Let me embellish it a bit.

Friend of mine lost his father,
  and we were playing in the sand.

On the sideline,
   waiting,

I try to dodge the story.


  Some saved,
    one lost.

All I will say about that.
