Story of a frog

Story of a frog

A Poem by Jon Roggie

I will pause for a moment,
  pose for the picture,
    than I must jump away.

My days seemed done,
  gulped down by the fish,
   but he wanted too much.

Caught by a lure,
and while you opened his mouth,
    planning to set him free,
       I could only smile.

Grin at the camera,
   jump away,
    savoring life returned.

I wish I had the picture. A tree frog looking out of the mouth of a fish, long enough for a picture.

Very cool indeed, I'd would have loved to see this in technicolor.
