To write with passion

To write with passion

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Excuse me,
  I said that wrong.

The writing is about passion.

Trying to share a look shared,
  eyes only for each other.

Attempting to tell,
  if only for a moment,
    the feel of chapped lips,
and a quick touch of your tongue.

The rest not to share,
  except for your delicate touch,
and the look in your eyes.

My pleasure to give the opportunity.
sometimes there seems to be more passion in the words we write, more than what there is in our real lives...there we imagine passion...in real poetry, we write it.

Maybe part of the reason I write these kind of poems. I keep trying to share those certain moments... read more
This is a very interesting expression of passion. This is definitely not what I was expecting when I read the title. Which is a good thing. You threw me for a loop, and I love being surprised :D Thank you for sharing. I enjoyed the read.

Maybe I mislead with the title, but I can't help but feel it carries through. Glad you liked it!
