I want to withdraw

I want to withdraw

A Poem by Jon Roggie

This confuses people.

The building silence is somehow wrong.

Some of us can only put up with the rest of you for so long.

Don't even try to judge us.

We manage to put up with your constant cries for attention,
when all we want is a moment of silence.

Still,
everyone thinks we might be off.
