Each helping me sleep,
  and creating dreams.

Ha and there was me drawn to the title thinking it was a tabloid confession! I am guessing this crisp, fluid write depicts falling asleep reading which I do all the time. If I wrote about it I might call it 'Gay Dreams' rather than 'sweet' ones as most of the authors would be men lol! Gerald and Mario and John and Iain etc
