I have to concentrate

Day to day,
  I must pay attention.

Repetitive acts are the simplest.

I lose myself,
  and seem to hold off the shaking.

It comes,
   and it goes.

Case in point,
  while writing,
    my hands are steady.

Problem is,
  I can't always be writing.
