Sailing Stones

Sailing Stones

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Damn scientists,
stealing yet another bit of mystery.

The trails left in Death Valley,
by rocks moving on their own,
     added a bit of wonder.

So,
I choose to ignore your explanation,
and dream of boulders sailing across a desert sea.
