Expression of anger

Expression of anger

A Poem by Jon Roggie

This maybe an insight,
   trying to explain myself.

Happiness is easy,
  sharing images gleefully.

Sadness requires more effort,
  reluctantly passing along the shadows.

Anger,
  one of silence,
    not to be shared.

Ok, I'm complete opposite of KL. I think someone spikes my coffee with happy pills every morning. I don't get angry often but when I do... I do it with flare!

The best way I can explain is anger causes pain.

Because of that, I often prefer to direct the anger towards silence.

Silence causes pain too. :)
Ok, I'm going to bed!! Night my little tortoise buddy.
Hmm, interesting. Polar opposite to me. Anger the easiest, sadness next, and then, if I REALLY stretch myself, I can get happy.:)

The pain is not only for myself, but to the one to which is directed.

I tend to ramble, and rarely explain myself. Take that as you will more..
