On a rant.

On a rant.

A Poem by Jon Roggie

An emotion I try to avoid.
  One which causes me pain,
   and weakens my heart.

Rage.

If it was my own,
it would be so much easier.

I wish it was the case.

You dragged me in,
and know I will express my pain.

How dare you?

Each word has a weight,
  dragging or lifting.

You leave me to express my feelings?

How dare you!

I understand this. Sometimes you read or hear or see something that enrages you, even if it is not to do with you directly.

I'm emotionally independent and can relate to this..
Verbally articulating is pretty scary.

Great job expressing that, good write.

Thank you. Another method of dealing with anger.
