Let's talk about religion.

Many will already be on the defensive,
  or waiting to attack.

So take a breath,
  and pause.

Just for a moment.

Pulse rate leveled?

I will continue.

I am not an expert,
  and will not claim to have read all of the tomes.

The basic theme I seem to come across is simple.

Be good.

Help those who are in need.

Don't act in anger.

Learn to forgive.

Anyway,
  excuse the distraction.

Go back to your lives.

i love this...and our lives should be living as christians not just talking at other people about it...or professing how god fearing we are.
it is what we do for and how we treat others...that is godliness....

These days, I seem to be falling into a Zen Buddhist kind of state of mind. Being said, it is a state of mind. I have my beliefs, but the organized monstrosities I can't deal with. As soon, as there is more than three, it starts to get ugly.
