Hiding a face

Hiding a face

A Poem by Jon Roggie

I may have not put it quite proper.
  Not hiding,
   simply shifting.

Simplest moment,
and the light can be so bright.

Times of pleasure,
  or sadness,
   reflected,
    and refined.

Each makes a shadow,
  one burnt into the wall.

the shadow of the faces we make....expressions tell a thousand words , as they say..

i really like these lines : "Each makes a shadow/ one burnt into the wall"

always love your abstract poetry...

Thank you, sir. These kinds of writes are soothing, at least for me!
