To make a change

It takes time.

To try to force change,
  time wasted.

First comes a mutual understanding.
  Opens an insight.

Next,
  introduction of new ideas.
    Combination of thoughts and skills.

Combined with belief.

Crucial part.

Easy to slip back into old patterns.
 
So,
  I will make time,
   and will be patient.

Eventually,
  there may be change.
