How can I put this?

Because you can.

Even my trivial words bring responses.

A simple phrase has meaning.
  Different for everyone.

Ridiculed by some,
  while being embraced by others.

Share a bit of yourself.

Write a few words.

Great little poem. Inspirational, insightful, and very honest all in one. To so many poetry is just words strung together to make a pretty sound to me it is everything...I feel this a good example of what you are expressing here. I like simplicity. A simple pause allows the reader and writer a moment of contemplation. Plus, lets me rest my hands! Wrote this for a fellow poet who seems to doubt why he should write. Glad you liked it.
