If only I could share

If only I could share

A Poem by Jon Roggie

I do try,
  at least give me that.

How do you share a random moment?

Whether it is something so simple,
  father watching his daughter,
   making sure she doesn't stray.

Neighbor,
  waiting for surgery,
    and for the promised walk.

Each a moment.

Kind of like the time....

I like this. It got me thinking about how often I dont take the time to check out the things right in front of me. Your opening is good and sets the stage perfectly. The final lines got me thinking about the movie Blade Runner and those classic lines "like tears in the rain" - dont know why, other than it being just a moment in time. New here and liking what I am reading so far :)

Glad you enjoyed this one. The connection to Blade Runner, even by some odd chance, thank you.
