Rage

Something I try to avoid,
   but it led me here.

I find if I express myself in the public,
   people think I am out of control.

I know they are used to the calm.

The state of being I try to maintain.

I can only try and direct the energy.

I can only try to turn something which will destroy me.

I can only try to create.
