I do not want to relax

I do not want to relax

A Poem by Jon Roggie

You keep telling me to sit down.

Same here,
  as when I am alone.

I stop.

I feel it.

I try to be pleasant.

You do not know the physical barriers,
constant effort to keep in place.

To relax is to accept the pain.
