Fragrence of the morning dew

Fragrence of the morning dew

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Just a keepsake.

Something to remember,
  day to day,
  help to be strong.

Rain fell over night,
  cleaned the air,
   washed the streets

On a new morning,
  for a moment,
  tale a breath.

Such a beautifully soothing piece. I just love the morning after it rains. Just, the last line says,"Tale a breath." I'm sure you meant to put "take".

Thanks. Morning smell is invigorating. Leads to a bit of creativity. Was surely tale not take. T.. read more

It is a lot easier to notice the wrong. I try to work at spotting the rest. Thanks princess.
