Something to say?

Something to say?

A Poem by Jon Roggie

You loved me,
 because,
  new and different,
  words were not required.

Fingertip's graze.
Lazy glance.
Lip's touch.

Now, passions have changed.

You have to ask.

I will keep it honest and simple.

"Something to say?"

After the lies...

"Go."

Nice work Jon, very simple, straight forward, clean write. I just loved it. How you manage to encapsulate a relationship from beginning to end in so few words and so beautifully done, I have no idea.

Always easier in the rear view mirror. You get a chance to just watch. Thank you.

Thank you. I agree. More of a reason to just ride them.
