What you see

What you see

A Poem by Jon Roggie

I know.

Madman talking to himself.

One sided conversations,
that tend to make others cringe.

Spouts of laughter,
  no reason you can see.

Tears falling.
  after a moment of silence.

What you see,
  is not what I am.

It is what I have left.

Jon,

a simply expressed exploration of the depths. it is so so hard to pare something down to the essence of it. Well done my man. Beautifully crafted.
