Just to tell a tale

Just to tell a tale

A Chapter by Jon Roggie

Come close.

The sky has grown dark,
and soon the fire will dim.

Move close,
  don't be shy.

Stories will soon be shared,
and the seeds of dreams will be sown.

Take from it,
  what you will.

I have came here tonight,
  just like my fathers before.

For a simple reason,
  just to tell a tale.

The simple act of story telling --- it's been that way a long time -- you have captured this beautifully here.

You notice I ignored Ana? Hence the apology, and I must have been cranky at the moment.
When is an intro better than a story?
When it's a poem... :)

Wrote these awhile ago. Part II and III are out there. I had a bit of fun with these!
