Regret is a b***h. It's not easy to let go of the past, sometimes it's damn near impossible... but the dividends it pays are unquantifiable in a very lovely way. It's almost like being born again when you truly let go of a painful past.

You did well with your brevity here. The essence of this short work is something I think every living human can identify with in one way or another. Well done.

I think the alliteration in this brief piece adds to its power, especially how past in the first sentence is alliterative to painful and present. #lrwp2018
