Loud Silence

Loud Silence

A Poem by J Schwenk
"

Those little things in life.

"

In the dark loud silence

I write

Words etching on paper

Not a sound

But rather

A loud silence

That pierces through the dark night

Not a sound is heard

The curvy lines

Written with clarity

Moonlight's kiss

Chocolate smell

Cat's meow

Lover's cuddle

Smiling in the darkness

I can hear you smile

Through the loud silence

The dry air

A flower's bloom

The sun's light

Written on paper

A midsummer night's

D R E A M

Those delicious dreams

Yearning to take you away

To fly high and soar

Just my thoughts on paper

A coffee's smell

A child's laughter

Still

In the dark daylight

Piercing through the light darkness
