Walk With Me

Walk With Me

A Poem by J.A. Stevens
"

words of love for my true and everlasting angel

"
Walk With Me
By: J. A. Stevens

Come walk with me in the moonlight.
Come sit with me by the shore.
Take my hand and remember I love you,
Every moment a little bit more.

Talk softly to me in the darkness.
Talk sweetly to me in the day.
You can rely on me to support you,
Everything will surely be okay.

Take comfort our love is not fleeting.
Take my love as given so free.
Unconditional love everlasting,
God’s gift for you and me.

Give solace to me when there’s sadness.
Give shelter to me in the rain.
Together we can endure all madness,
All trials, all tortures, all pain.

Live well and be happy my darling.
Live long and be well my dear.
Without you the world would be empty,
I would perish if you were not here.

Know then that I truly love you.
Know that our love is so real.
These words that I write you are only,
A tiny bit of all that I feel.
