No More Time To Kill

The anger inside grows deeper
such stress on my heart I grow weaker
no longer can I stand
I reach out to take your hand
but I look up to see
you are already gone from me
where have you gone to
why must I search for you
total chaos take control
silence grips it turns cold
my heart no longer beats
instead it only retreats
when someone new comes along
because of you it feels all wrong
time will tell if I let one in
but for now I wish I could win
too lost and tired of searching
aggravation sets in and goes to working
on a battered soul riddled with scars
will I ever be among the stars
who really knows , but you don't care
you’re not the one who's worse for wear
so good luck , but stay gone from me
I can't keep doing this you see
love you I do and always will
but on you there is no more time to kill

A lot said in this poem, I can relate back to.
It just sounds like someone had kept you in a place and you were content until they decided that they couldn't be in that place anymore, and it shattered you.
I could be dead wrong, but that is just my guess.
Anywho, great write!!

I was at a point in my life where things just kept going wrong. I thought i was in love with someone turned out i was leading myself on more than anything. So i got aggravated and had to let it out lol
