my gift to you

my gift to you

A Poem by musi-cant

ill put my face in a box for you

ship it off far for a week or two

when the package arrives you can touch my face

and finnally do what you wanted to

my ceramic composure will feel your skin

soft as ever as i imagined it

place my bed your bed so im in your sleep

poetic imperfections turning leather to silk

decision-indecision undecided in time

our silly little arguments our silly little fights

every conversation has ment too much

i wouldnt give up a single minute for the rest of my life

our watermellon raindrops and our checkered skies

we love because we must and then we die

not by choice but chance you came

and got me thinking inanother life
