Real or Fake

Real or Fake

A Story by Jealiz
"

its a short story about why people don't just ask everyone goes through things in life

"
Sometimes in life you don't know who's real or fake, all my life I suffer from depression. Depression to me is feeling alone and not having no one to go to. In my life I don't trust no one not even my family. I sit here and think why is life so hard on me? But guess what I will never understand that. I wanted to be a big time drug dealer but for what if at the end it's either death or jail. People  say they helped me when I was down I can only say maybe two people did. Maybe I'm childish for things I did in the past.
To be honest I forgot how to fight so yes if someone ask me for sex I gave it up to save myself. Nobody ever ask what I went through in the streets. I suffer every night, Yes I was once rape when I was nine years old. Being in the streets made me look for love something I'm still looking for. RAPE is a big word this word and actions can destroy you forever. I guess no one will every understand me. No-one will ever know all the hate I have inside. They will always judge me for my past, but never ask why did I do the things I did. If you ask you will know theirs a reason to everything

Oh, honey, I am sorry for what happened to you, but it doesn't have to ruin your entire life.
The same thing happened to me; not when I was a child, thank God, but when I was twenty six.I never wanted to be a drug dealer, but I was a heroin addict for a time.
I know how it is to have the control--even of your own life--taken from you, but I also know how to reverse the damage. I know why you did the things you did. You did them for self preservation. You did them to have control over your own life and destiny.
And you did them because, in your pain and depression, you simply didn't know what else to do.
I see from your picture that you have a beautiful child. That's a blessing.
I see that you are a pretty girl; that's something not everyone can say.
You say you suffer from depression. There is help for that, and for all the rest, as well.
I am not trying to come down on you, dear one, please know that, but you're wrong about saying that no one understands you and that there is no one you can turn to.
There is One. Your Father, who art in Heaven. Now, don't think I am being trite of judgemental; I'm not. But I'll bet you know that prayer, taught to us by Jesus as a model prayer to use in speaking to God. It covers everything...and He hears your voice, even if it's said in silence.
Are you still with me? I hope so.
Why is life so hard on you? Sweetheart, it seems that way because you're not seeking help from the right place, from the right One.
He knows your pain, and he knows how you have suffered.Hurt and pain are guaranteed in this world. Jesus tells is that we will have trouble BUT that we can take heart because He has overcome the world! (John 16:33) Through scripture we can be comforted by knowing that God is faithful, and is always looking over us. He truly cares, and is our protector and comforter in times of need. Whatever the circumstance may be, we can use these comforting Bible verses to find a peace that passes understanding!
Still with me? Good;consider this: God promises to stick with us, no matter what.

Deuteronomy 31:8 says "The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged."
I'll bet you're at least a little familiar with the 23rd Psalm. Consider this part:

Psalm 23:4 Even though I walk through the darkest valley,I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

Psalm 86:17 Give me a sign of your goodness, that my enemies may see it and be put to shame, for you, LORD, have helped me and comforted me.

Psalm 9:9 The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.

I hope that didn't seem like too much; there is just so much love, understanding, and comfort in God's word that I sometimes do tend to overspeak it.
I am coming to you, though, beloved sister, from a place of concern; I want so much for you to see that the things which happened to you--even the rape--can be overcome, the damage undone. Please tell me if I can be of any more assistance, dear one. I really do care, with my heart.
As for your writing; you did very well. I heard you, loud and clear, and that means you expressed yourself well.

Life has a way of happening - regardless of how we wish or choose. Sometimes we "survive", sometimes we even wish we hadn't.

Your writing has "flaws" - that is what we as PEOPLE have as well - flaws. They make us human. I'm not dinging on ANY flaws - I'm just listening to you speak as only YOU can.
