Cards of fate

Cards of fate

A Poem by john
"

A poem I wrote

"

Even a man who decides on the sweetness of death
had a reason, a journey of which allowed him to rest;
For when we journey off this mortal coil,
we have somewhere we would hope to be blessed.

The heart which is at the heart of all things will tell what will be,
for reason while important cannot make anyone free;
 our reasoning ends when you surrender to feeling,
lest you will not see the cards of fate that life is dealing.
