Whiskey Fly

Whiskey Fly

A Poem by JR

Tiny little bug falls in my whiskey

struggles and swims around

he’ll probably get pretty messed up

before he drowns

I don’t bother to fish him out,

screw it, drink him down;

Unlike the world, nothing

in this goddamn whiskey

can hurt me.
