Paint MeA Poem by Jared PendergrassIt's a song i wrote about sex. Painting is a metaphor for sex to me.
Paint me
with the lines between us blurred Take me somewhere they'll never hear a word Burgundy and blue Could be me and you Making some love for what it's worth Laying down to her gentle whispers Tasting her lips like lavender Feathers and candle wax just sit back and relax Paint me with the lines between us blurred Your canvas are these empty sheets Paint me, your masterpiece Picture you and me If it were just you and me Our lips dancing like chocolate and cream Think of all the time we're wasting when you could paint me when you could paint me
