Tokyo Luna

Tokyo Luna

A Poem by butterfly

I walked down my favorite aisle
Didn’t have to wear white
didn’t need the ring or the guy
still I had my happiest smile
i was flying away
on my own single moon plane
across the ocean
through the sky
wrapped in delight
with the Lords arms around our flight
I prayed and prayed that all the travelers will be fine
we were when we landed that night
we stepped out under full moon and pink cherry blossom
hello tokyo you are awesome
we went to the room and dropped off our bags
we were on the verge of the utmost fantasy at last
went to the konbini where we dined on onigri
of plums and mayo tuna
under the light of Tokyo Luna
