Until love comes

Until love comes

A Poem by butterfly

For a moment my friend looks very sexy
Talking to me about Alexis Spears and her poetry
Looking through the window watching God sprinkle snow like parmesan over the city
oh this is so very pretty
I have drifted to a friendlier new old home
while my heart mourns my lost dead soul
nothing left but flesh and bone
until love comes
or I am no longer numb
I want to be more than a lunch
I want to be the one you love so much
always me you think of
not getting enough
but you do everything to return
in to the arms of the one who loves you
eternal flame can burn
and the scars on my arms and legs bruise
these are my tattoos
I am over the lessons to learn
but also to not hear from you hurts
how can you be so far away
working so much every day
nothing makes sense
just let me go if its all pretend
oh please dont stand in the way of my happy end
its probably too late
but what do i do
oh please let your soul awake
remember I still love you
and you love me too
this is the only dream I have to come true
I am happily retired
happily unplugged
nothing kills this desire
and I am undrugged
only thing I desire is your love
but his response in his heart its all gone
how sad
to live like that
he is the mad hatter
making the wonderland shatter
i dont know what to do
i can never give up on your love
my heart just dont understand
hopeless romantics are the angels up above
what the real earth tries to teach is so hard to learn
there is still time for him to remember I should be the one..
 I will never give up
untill love comes..
