Release the Rage

Its a challenge to keep the balance of peace

Lately the rage in me just wont cease

I feel myself also getting more mean

The words I say release the rage

Flying high in the sky

Hovering down through pink petals

The cherry blossoms

Make it look so awesome

When a full bloom

Makes everything looks good

Yet nothing is as it seems

He put a dart through my dreams through my heart

In a way I am left falling apart

The big bad wolf blew all the petals off

Yet I can't complain

Not when you see firefighters being brave

Its not such a big deal that Uber took an unearned pay

Still we feel we must scream and shout

My gentle whisper was to quiet for them to hear

My mouse like walking needed heavier stalking

I try to embrace my fate but all I feel is fear

They say I never seem to show care anyway

Its because when I am calm I feel the healing balm

Yet I am comatose but we were not meant to be ghosts

we are alive we can't be silent

So release the rage

Be untamed kiss the flame

be free

Allow the happy to fill the holes

Let love save these aching souls

Easier said than done to release the rage when we are hurting. When we suffer pain because of another's actions, it can fester and explode. Anger solves nothing, and yet it seems a process we have to go through. Far better to release it. Meditation helps, so does the calming ways of the natural environment. Balance is so important in life. Thank you butterfly for sharing.
