Tears Dry on Their Own

Tears Dry on Their Own

A Poem by butterfly

In this instance a kiss is just a kiss
Its just a physical bliss
Cause the spiritual and mental there is a miss
How do I leave?
There must be something wrong with me
To walk away I have no capacity
Yet we are grown
So when he walks away under the sky ablaze that only lovers see
When you go back to her and she says on your facebook she loves her hubby
I know its the lie in his life
The diamond she wears is just a glassy shine
He was already broken before he came around
I try to keep him out
He just kicks my walls down
there must be something wrong with me
to walk away i have no capacity
I try to just stay friendly
He came to help me bury the dog
My beloved Kiddo
I didnt ask him he just came by you know
Was I supposed to lock him out?
When I truly wanted him in my arms now
We are grown
My heart isn't stone
I just dont know
Tears dry on their own
This is my tribute to Amy
I think she was a good girl gone bad maybe because of the guy or her chosen life
She was flawed but we all just are in the search of deserved love
The right man never shows
Tears dry on their own...
