Sprinkle of Butterflies

Sprinkle of Butterflies

A Poem by butterfly

Enlightenment comes through a sprinkle of butterflies
Swept in to the day light
I woke to the return of a California blue sky
The earth heals and I hear her loud laughter
Its a sign of happily ever after
A million billion acres burned in California
Corona virus created a lock down
In the midst leaves, insects and life survive somehow
In this corner of the world
In this space I feel healing through so much hurt
With the help of divine grace
Flowers grow from the cracks in the ground
Kiddo and I stood under the shade of our blooming magnolia tree
Breathed in oxygen clean
We are free as we exhale all our worry
In a hurry there comes a wave and glimmer
A shine and shimmer
As autumn takes charge over strange apocalyptic orange and smoky skyline
Tears of dew made way for a better truth
A miracle I have witnessed a piece of us died and now we are brought back to life
With a sprinkle of butterflies.
