I Believe

I Believe

A Poem by butterfly

The fire burns on endlessly
The grey and smoky ash is our new dawn
I pray that this wont remain eternally
It burns on
In Napa only 6 % contained
In Shasta I know its not too late
Hold on to your faith
Please God show mercy
Let your love rain down
Put the fires out
Give us clean air forever
We are all in this together
Put your hands together and pray
The climate change are signs open your hearts, mind and eyes
But don't fear God is here He works the mysterious way
Every bad thing is conquered by His loving grace
I believe
In thee
i still breathe
Because of His mercy
Life is fragile, handle with prayer
Look for HIM He is always there
Maybe we are the ones tattooed on His heart
The sky are filled with HIS stars
Maybe when we die thats where we go
If we are lucky, if we are blessed
I hold on to my butterfly third eye talisman
I need something to relieve the stress
I feel it drop HE takes my hand
When I am alone He wraps His arms around in a hug
With HIS eternal love
I know its not just a dream
I still breathe, because of HIS mercy
I see, I believe
