The new year magic

Got me feeling the static

No longer do I panic

I texted happy new years eve

However he didn’t reply to me

Did he fly away?

I believe God sends angels

To taste my sadness

To heal my pain

Heal the cracks in the heart as we kissed in the dark

Yet its just a one way mission

There is no commitment and there is no pretension

I know you couldn’t stay

I will always remember

The secret garden where our splendor remains forever

Not all the way bloomed not all the way dead

We were transitional to give each other strength for what lies ahead

You were the reason of the season

I was your spice for your feasting

As he kissed me in the dark

He erased every left behind scar

Now its a new year

There is nothing to fear

I know He can’t stay here

No matter where you go

I will always be grateful

Its something I want God to know

I am sorry for the sin

However love is ok to feel within
