Slowly Dying

Slowly Dying

A Poem by butterfly

It's hard to hear her crying
Watch her turn in to a doll that's slowly dying
I wish God will just give her the wings she needs to be flying
Then she could lift out of this body sick with ALS
She could shoot through the sky like lightening
Making the dark sky brightening with love so endless
I still wish on earth she could stay
The last chapter is still unwritten today
I bow my head and pray
Please Lord hear the words I whisper
It's hard to hear her crying
Watch her fade in to a doll that's slowly dying
Oh Lord can't you see we are trying
We want to keep the faith
But it hurts watching her break
Please heal her pain
Its hard to hear her crying
Watch her slowly dying.
