Poison Paradise

Poison Paradise

A Poem by butterfly

The taste of his lips is angels breath
Like divine power enough to wake the dead
The glimmer in his eyes holds me and I cant lie
The bottle was mislabeled love but its a poision paradise
Butterflies fill my stomach and the sky
All I know is I am his and He is mine
Blind and I can't see. Night surrounds the vicinity
All I know is when he calls me I respond
Maybe I am dumb or in love
It can often feel like the same thing
I refuse to let go
Yet his eyes are pools of coals
The atmosphere is suddenly cold
Is he truly mine?
Is he to have and to hold?
Am I wasting time?
I am awakened to realize
This relationship is a poison paradise.
