All I can do is pray

just words about pain life brings. dont let it consume, focus on the light. HE knows we are all human down here.

I dont want to be a slave to money
I can live in the street
I am almost 40 feels like I'm fourteen
I still wonder what I will grow up to be
Is the world welcoming war three?
Did we find world peace?
So many sit in tents
Still relying on governments
Only for the rich do laws bend
Ivanka got a new white house job
Still dont know what she does
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Gardner, Halle Berry no longer married
Are same sex couples still to blame?
All us humans are messy and lame
Why do we play so many foolish games?
All I can do is pray
We will all find our way
Focus on the light instead of pain
I saw the JESUS tattoo on my man
I thought HE was giving me a blessing to hold his hand
Its harmless to kiss him
Its ok to love without return
Im no s**t and this flame doesnt burn
Im no fat a*s and silly words dont hurt
Power is knowing I wont break, no matter how much pain
Dont let the devil seperate
Faith gives everlasting strength
Thats what He meant
My man wears the image and I dont forget
He is the reason we met
I will just believe
Only GOd can say yes
I want something like this
I hope its not the end
All I can do is pray
