Halo

Halo

A Poem by Jerry Patrick Ryan

Everything is okay though,
Even though I have two horns instead of a halo,
No wings but one big long tail,
Always having to hide on the side lines and lay low,
Knew I was screwed since I was a day old,
The feelings in my heart were meant to stay cold,
Got so many demons it's like their on a payroll,
And everyone of them don't have a halo,
