Loving life

Loving life

A Poem by Jerry Patrick Ryan

I departed from my comfort, I always wondered
looking for treasures in the hallways under
the pyramids in mid summer
where there's no rain, just the sound of roaring thunder
mother nature I just want to see more of her
I just hope when I die I can come back to live another
even come back as my little brother
mother nature is my lover
people just always seem to find reasons to hate each other

and I'm done, no more drama ruining my fun
loving life is my numb
that is something to be high on.
