sound poem

A Poem by Jerry Patrick Ryan

The sound of nothing just pure silence
a lost soul who died from violence
walking the after life alone with no guidance
not hearing the trumpets or violins
just blank darkness nothing ,not even smiling

You know you're there but can't see or hear
trying to scream but there's nothing to fear
can't hear his self puffing for air
because he is just gone and not really here.

Just something to post here I thought the contest was a cool Idea, I like reading everyone's work, people have fascinating stories and poems wishing the best for all......
