Cellophane Nightmare

Cellophane Nightmare

A Poem by lusoamerican
"

I was reading a package of beef jerky, and I integrated some of the government required jargon into a poem. Sounds rather horrific really.

"

Export Gift Pack

Doomsday information

The meat contained

Herein is mutilated for

Personal use only and is

Not for sale

It is

Derived from terrified animals

That received ante sledge hammer and

Post mortem

Inspection, and

Were found physically

Sound and surprisingly healthy, and

Afterwards inspected and passed

For consumption as

Provided

By law and

The unknown regulations of the

USDA

A Tragic end for the sake of

Man.
